Thumbs up Post Game HIVE reviews the road trip!

Well, I've decided rather than individually review each game of the recent road trip, that I would point out the important aspects of the games. The tie versus the senators was a huge game in my opinion.

- Sean Burke played EXCELLENT versus the Ottawa Senators, we came out with a point. Better than coming out with none. Especially, against a team of that caliber. There wasn't a moment when that team stopped pressuring our boys. Shot after shot, Burke and the Flyers came up big.

- Robert Esche made his return against the Bruins. He looked average to me. Not back to his former being, hopefully he'll get there and he can help carry the goaltending load once again.

- The injuries have taken their toll on this team. Missing J.R and Keith Primeau which are two top Flyers, have been tough for the orange and black. We've perservered through and managed to get some wins without them, now it's time to get them healthy again. Get well soon guys.

- My overall view of the team right now is that we're in the middle. Depending on the return of our star centers, we are the elite of the NHL right currently. We either need to aquire another player that will take a big role to lead the Flyers into the postseason, or get these guys back. Either way, our Flyers are in the middle I'd have to say. Anyhoo, let's hope everybody comes back healthy and ready to hit the homestretch!

good job as always , Burke sure stole a point in Ottawa , and Esche did as well as could be expected in his 1st game back , give him a few games and he should be back in form , as for the guys we are missing , it's nice to know this team can still compete and stay in games with out them and knowin when they come back how much better the team will be as a whole.
