Default Post Game Report: Vs Panthers 1/2

The Flyers are back on the right track after winning 2-1 over the Panthers in game one of the Florida swing Friday night.

Offense: One word, Comrie. This guy was all over the place tonight. He ended up with the two Flyers goals and his third overall since arriving in Philadelphia. He didn't need much help tonight, let's hope he can keep it up against the Lightning.
Grade: A-

"D": The Flyers D-men didn't have too many challenges to face tonight. For the most part, they jammed their men and held the Panthers to one goal. Good job, keep up the momentum.
Grade: B+

Goaltending: Jeff Hackett got the win, but was never really tested in my opinion. The goal he surrendered was a soft shot that shouldn't have gotten through, he had perfect vision of where the puck was and where it was going. A win is a win though.
Grade: B

Overall: Overall, the Flyers played their game and didn't have to put out an extreme effort to beat this hockey team. I think tommorrow's game against Tampa Bay will be more of a challenge.
Overall Game Grade: A-

I agree the team played well as a whole , other then a few defensive lapse's I.E the Horton goal , and the few good chances the Panthers had , they Flyer D held up and kept Hackett played his best game in a while as he mad e several saves including the one he had on Biron who had thought he had Hack beat, so let's hope this trend continues tomorrow

Go Flyers
