 Post Game Report: Vs Stars 12/29
Ken Hitchcock made his return to Dallas last night in a 2-2 tie result.
Esche: Robert Esche looked pretty stable last night in his second return from his groin injury. There were many times when he came up big where Hack may have had one of his letdowns. His "D" did a good job in front of him for the most part throughout the game, a big reason why we came out of the lonestar state with a tie.
Physical Play: The weight was thrown around alot last night and each team recieved a hard-fought point. The third period was the most physical that I noticed in the game. Once the crowd go into it, the bodies began to fly. Ah, I love hockey.
Comrie: The Flyers newest player scored his first goal in orange and back. Mike Comrie scored the first goal of the game. Man said that once he gets his feet under him, he'll be good to go. They couldn't have been more correct. The chemistry between him and his teammates will grow and hopefully more goals will be scored.
The next game is tonight in St. Louis.
