What a game! Our Philadelphia Flyers have done it again, just when we thought that the team was to lose, they pull off a HUGE comeback effort capped by Leclair's winning tally. The Flyers were dominated by the Habs in some respects in the game, but when it came to where it mattered, the Flyers outplayed them.
-- Attitude: Can you say enough about the drive of this hockey team? I don't think so. The Flyers continued to pound through the Habs even when they were down in the third period.
-- John Leclair: This guy has been a bit quiet this year, but think of how far he's come since having the back infection after surgery a few years ago. I'm happy to see him back and returning to his old "clutch" self.
-- Jeff Hackett: Jeff Hackett made the saves when the Flyers needed them last night in Montreal. The Habs had several chances to put the game away, but Hack slammed the door and saved the Flyers from near-defeat, with the help of the offense.
Overall, I'm very pleased with how the team progressed through last night's game. Games like these seperate the great from the good and the Flyers were great last night.
The orange and black head to Columbus for a game against the Blue Jackets.
LET'S GO FLYERS!!!
