What a game! These three words are all that I can use to describe Thursday night's battle against the Vancouver Canucks. With 7.1 (I think) to go in regulation, the Nucks' tied it and sent the game into overtime. Simon Gagne was the hero with his OT Game winning goal.

Here are my thoughts on the game:

• The loss of Fedoruk may not be shown on the scorecard; but his physical prescence is something that's hard to replace.
• Flyer goalies are slowly beginning to sway me and are looking a bit more solid on the ice. Happy with Thursday's performance between the pipes here.
• Simon Gagne comes out of the woodwork and keeps the home streak alive. GO FLYERS!!!

I recieved tickets to Saturday's game against the Thrashers as a birthday present. I'll be attending that game, and a more detailed report will be posted following. I'm not sure about pictures though.. If only I had a working camera I'll see what I can do .

Good report as always , i agree , with the Fridge out , its time for other players to show thier physical prescence, Esche was solid sipite allowing 3 goals ( none of which can be blamed on him) and the hero of the day Simon Gagne , hope he can continue to chip in the key goals
