Happy Post Game HIVE: Vs Bolts (Game Six) Flyers Stay Alive!!

If destiny is real, it's on the Flyers side this year. Just when everyone thought, that the Flyers were done, out, toast, see ya next year, Simon Gagne comes through in his second goal of the game and the Philadelphia Flyers will live to play another day. Simon Gagne scores with just minutes remaining in the first period of overtime in Philadelphia.

I admit, that I was getting worried as the seconds ticked down in the third period. Never give up hope, and it's not over until it's over. Obviously, the Flyers stood true to that statement in this game and in the series. Keith Primeau has become the Flyers leader in the playoffs. If there is one player that recieves alot of credit for leading his team by example, it's definitly gotta be Keith Primeau. He was not my favorite player in the beginning of the season, as you all may know. He has proven to me, to be one of the better players in the National Hockey League.

Game Seven: Game Seven is going to be unbelieveable if the Flyers can carry the momentum of this game. My Prediction: coming soon

This team does NOT give up, and they will not go quietly.

LET'S GO FLYERS!!

Well said.

What a game played by the Flyers and by the Lightning. The OT period was the single best period of hockey I've seen in a long, long time.

Primeau's line played amazing and the other lines played sufficiently well.

My only criticism is for Seidenburg, who made several bad mistakes and deservedly saw almost no ice time after that, and for Esche, who let in a few very bad goals in my opinion.

If the Flyers want to beat Tampa in game 7 and then beat Calgary for the Cup, Esche is gonna have to play a lot better than he did tonight.

You have to admit, we were all in doubt at some point last night.

Nope. Even when the game was winding down with the Flyers down one, I knew they would score.
