| lol, Bissest?
well, I'd probably say Kyle Calder. For a guy that was the Blackhawks leading scorer last season with over 55 points, and known for his strong defensive play as well, he's been a total flop this season. He's getting 2.95 million for 3 assists? Give me a break. At least if we had Zeus we could be sure that his defensive play would somehow make up for it. But no, Calder has one of the worst plus-minus' on the team and by far the biggest disappointment for myself. I remember learning about this deal in the newspaper up at the lake where I was working this summer and I had mixed feelings. Zeus, one of my favorites was leaving, but I trully believed Calder would make up for it. My God, was I wrong. | | | | Forum Enforcer, Wallpaper Designer

| The inconsistent play hasn't surprised me as much as you'd think. I knew we weren't going to be a power-house this year, especially after watching the breakdown of last year.
I didn't see Hitchcock making it through the end of next year after the ending of last season, and I knew years ago that Clarkie was slowly reaching the end of the road.
So, mainly, I'm upset with the production of Forsberg, and Gagne. Their numbers are miserable, and they should be putting up better for what they're being paid. | | | | Senior Member

| yeah Andy, more so Forsberg for me though, regarding the miserable play.
But yes, there were a lot of things I could foresee, and a bad year was one of them. I truly did hope we would have a good year, but the way we ended last year was a foreshadowing for sure.

| ALL OF THE ABOVE
if you had somebody tell me Ken Hitchcock would no longer be the head coach, Bobby Clarke would no longer be the GM and the Philadelphia Flyers would be at the bottom of the Eastern Conference I would of told them to lay off the crack | | | | Senior Member

| I'd have to say inconsistency as well. The team looked solid on paper the begining of the year, especially after the acquisitions of Calder and Sandy.

| Though it's hard to say that the inconsistency is a surprise... my vote probably fits into the "biggest disappointment" category

| I cant say any of the above. in order to have inconsistency, you need to atleast be good sometimes, and bad sometimes. They are terrible all the time. so inconsistency isn't the word, I'd say more like, "The Teams Horrendous play this season"
