I read today on espn ten things to watch for the upcoming hockey season and one of them was John Leclair traded for Curtis Joseph. I love Leclair however we need someone like Joseph

Lets face it Hackett is not gonna win us a cup

I don't see it happening. Especially with LeClair's injury now, and Cujo's price tag and the labor wars coming up.

Unless it was a Hackett or Esche AND LeClair for CuJo + unamed player, it won't happen. I wouldn't mind seeing LeClair traded for some youth though. His best days are well behind him (gone with No. 88).

I don't think we could get much for him though, with his injury history. Man, does this guy have bad luck, or what? Next we'll hear that he was hit by lightning while cashing in his winning lottery ticket that he found under a four leaf clover.

at first it seemed doable, but LeClair's injury has just KILLED his trade value. Mix that with his $9m salary, and you have too much risk and only some reward.
