|  Multiple Threads on the same or similar subject
Recently a few threads have been posted here at the Hive that contain so of in not the same thing(s) as other threads. We welcome any and all post of course but we ask that any comments or questions on similar topics stay in one thread, there is no need for two or even three threads that ask the same questions EX : Randy Jones New Contract, The Rick Tocchet Scandal. Any multiple threads on the same subject will be closed.
As always members may post what ever they want, when ever they want to ( within the rule of the forum ) just make sure simlar threads don't already exsist first.

Sorry for that post on Tocchet, Jlg. I read the article on Tocchet in Breaking News, watched an hour long show about it ( The Fan 590 Toronto ) to educate myself, came to the Hive Forums and could not find a thread on the subject anywhere. I just thought this would be a subject diehard bully fans would want to discuss over the next few days.
So, just to clarify, if there is an article in BREAKING NEWS, I don't bother discussing it in the HIVE FORUMS, I just comment on it after the Breaking News Article ? ? Thanks for clearing up my misunderstanding ! !

Here's a little tip.
When looking for posts after signing onto the HIVE, use either the "View New Posts" feature, or scroll to the bottom of the page, and look at the "Latest Buzz" section.
Here's some screenshots to help you out. Sorry for breaking the page cells.  
"View New Posts" 
"The Latest Buzz"

welll those who know me know i was kidding with the last part, ultimitly. Rob and Drew have the final say on things here, we do take any and all sugestions into account , no matter who they come from or what they are about.
the whole multiple threads thing was just to help reduce the amount of double posting of the same material in two or more threads.
of course a member may make a post on a subject without knowin a thread on that subject exsis, if and when this happens there are to options , close one of the threads or merge the two threads into one, lately i have been closing the one with the fewer post, but perhaps I will start to merge them instead.
and i highly doubt I am the reason that a lot of people are not here, for if I was I am sure Rob or Drew would have said soemthing to me on the matter .
but anyways, sorry if i offend you in any way, shape or form , that was the least of my intentions.take care and I hope I explained things a little better this time.

I look at it as common sense, it's easier to contain discussions into one thread than spread to another, taking up more space and becoming an annoyance (having to check both threads for the latest news on the subject).
Nobody's around here either guys, we only have 600+ members. 
I'm not looking to offend anyone either, but it's common courtesy in most communities to look before you post news, or are we even talking about that anymore? | | | | |
