Re-word the email that is received by the individual the referral is sent to. I can't find the php file to do this. The referral email is REALLY dumb...

I'm not certain, but I'd think that it would be in a template, not a php file. I doubt vbulletin (jelsoft) would hard code the referral email into a php file.
