|  The5Hole.com cease and desist order
Unfortunately, the Flyers legal department has not only shut down the carnival, but my website as well. I have been ordered to cease production of all shirts which they deem to infringe on their exclusive trademark rights. Because of my charitable efforts, they are allowing me to sell off my remaining inventory.
I have a deadline of Friday to meet all demands set forth in the order, otherwise they will file a trademark lawsuit on my business.
Thank you to all of my past customers here at the HIVE. I hope to be able to create merchandise which avoids this issue, but still has a distinctive Philly edge. | | | | Baby Buddha

That one IS being allowed, provided the price stays the same and 100% goes to MSAA.
