I was talking over this topic with Brett this morning (for those who don't know, he markets clothing - specifically women's lingerie), and we really need to get some new gear going ASAP.

With the access we have now to the Flyers PR, Players, and inside sources, a great bonus would be to distribute hats, polo shirts, t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc. to them.

The past two times I have interviewed, I've felt like I have needed to give something back to them; specifically the players. I mean here we are taking up their valuable time, and all I could give back was a handshake and my HIVE business card.

This would be a huge markting point for us. Can you imagine watching Post Game Live on Comcast and seeing Briere or Biron wearing a HIVE t-shirt with our URL splashed across it?

So, with that being said, I want to hear some ideas on what you guys have. I'm not so fond of CafePress or Spreadshirt. I'm thinking of going local - paying a customizing company to hammer out a few hundred shirts, mugs, etc. I'm certain that if we go bulk I'd have plenty of freebies to distribute to our active members here.

I'm very into this idea and can get my Creative Team here at work involved in any way we see fit.

I have photo shoots scheduled pretty much every month from here on in until 2008 so I could work some delicious looking models into these clothes as well.

Brett, that's probably one of the best ideas ever.

Either way, T-Shirts, Hats, Mugs, whatever we can paste our logo on, really.
Still, for the future, I'd LOVE to see a HIVE Jersey produced.

I have a Hive Mug and it still looks good on my desk.

but yeah, any thing and everything we can get our logo on

shirts, hats, car flags, magnets, towels, you name it

and I am with Andy,it would be awesome if we could get jerseys especially if there is an option to have them personalized with our names on them

Love the HIVE jerseys...maybe get our Team HIVE numbers on the? Spillproof mugs for us uhh...people...lol...or anything would be nice.

If we get some more interviews, hats would be huge. I don't think it'd be a stretch to see them worn by some of them in the future, especially if they check us out.
