Jeff Carter, the Flyers' 19-year-old prospect who plays for the OHL's Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, is off limits for any trades the NHL team might make before the March 9 deadline, says GM Bob Clarke.

``One hundred per cent,'' Clarke told the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Carter, a six-foot-three centre, was Philadelphia's first pick, 11th overall, in the 2003 entry draft.

The London, Ont., native had 32 goals and 58 points after 47 OHL games this season.
