Nothing major here, but figured I would share with you guys as I thought it was kind of funny and cool. (I shared this over at the FlyerFlies site too). I asked Riley Cote what in God's name could Roy be possibly yelling at him on the bench after getting his a** beat not once, but twice. This is Riley's response:

Roy should be suspended indefinatly. Theres a certain conduct all players have to follow at games. Fighting is one thing, yelling things at the bench is one thing, but making a gesture that he's going to slit someone's throat? That's not right. Players known their on TV, they know theres a conduct to follow, and threatening to kill someone is defiantly not part of it. | | | | Section 212

See , the thing about it though is that Roy made himself look like a giant doosh-bag despite getting his ass beat...twice. Everyone who has ever played hockey knows that if you get your ass beat during a game, the last thing you do is start trash talking - it is stupid. Just sit there and be quiet.
Cote beat his ass twice, now all the sudden he is a tough guy yelling from the bench? What a tool bag. After that display, I'd fight that idiot myself...
As far as Riley - yeah man, he is a seriously, bad-ass son of a gun. Helluva nice guy off the ice though. Definitely fun to watch. | | | | Let's go Flyers.

Roy has major trouble controlling his temper at times. He was benched earlier in the season for talking back and has lost his mind a few times before that as well.
