I'm just curious to see what your reaction is this morning after your Mets pulled off the biggest choke job in MLB history? Are you sad that your moronic words of "the NL East race is over" you wrote back on August 26th have come back to bite you in the ass? It seems as though, contrary to your article, the only thing the Mets will "merrily" do this October is watch the MLB playoffs from their couches. Now "the Mets biggest challenge" is not so much getting the "eye of the tiger for the playoffs" but rather choosing which flavor potato chips they want to eat while watching the Phillies play in the NLDS.

I'd love to hear back from you on this matter and since you won't be covering baseball this week, you should have the time to answer my e-mail.
