I do not think the Sabres will win the division nor do I think they will go deep into the playoffs. You are correct about the good young players and I do believe they will step up and enable Buffalo to find a place in the playoffs. However, the fact still remains that there defense is highly suspect (sure the blue liners can get points on the board but can they keep them off.) I think the loss of Drury and Briere will bring to light how poor defensively this team really is. I see Buffalo finishing 2nd in the N.E. and prob 6 in the conference.
